National Police Clearance

What is National Police Clearance?

It is police clearance that will later on be given nationwide in the Philippines.  For now, some stations already have it.


HOW TO APPLY

An applicant may apply anywhere and at anytime thru online by following the steps or procedures provided herein:

Go to or open this link: https://pnpclearance.ph/

1. Registration and Appointment Setting

a. Click Register. Once you click register, the terms and conditions will appear. Read and click the appropriate boxes  then enter the important details being asked. 

b. In the box labeled with LTOPF application choose whether you are securing National Police Clearance for LTOPF or not. If yes, click yes. If no, click no.

c. Select the police station where you want to process and claim you NPC. 

d. Set the date of appointment then click next.

 2. Proceed to payment

a. Click Land Bank of the Philippines then click next.

b.  If you wish to pay it thru over-the-counter, however you have exited from the process, just go back to your pending clearance application. Click on the green box labeled 'Click here to Pay'  


c. You will be redirected to epaymentportal.landbank.com. Click SELECT then CASH PAYMENT.

d. A PAYMENT SUMMARY will appear. Check the click box on terms and conditions then click SUBMIT.

e.  Choose a payment method.

 

f. When the payment details appear. Just screenshot or print this page then show it at the store you have selected for your payment.


h. Keep the receipt. This is your proof of payment that you need to show at the police station where you will process your clearance.

In case you failed to visit the police station at the date of appointment,  you may still claim your clearance within 15 days. Be sure to be able to process the NPC within 3 days otherwise it would be forfeited.

 

If you're now ready to process and claim your clearance, go to the police station you selected. 

Remember to bring: 

at least two (2) valid IDs to present at the polcie station..

IDs to be valid must be:

⇒ not expired,

⇒ original and not photocopied

⇒ with clear photo and signature of the applicant

⇒ bear full name

Listed below are the valid IDs to be presented:

✔ Alien Certificate of Registration

✔ Birth Certificate

✔ GSIS UMID

✔ IBP ID

✔ LTO Driver's License

✔ OFW ID

✔ PNP ID

✔ PRC License

✔ Passport

✔ Philhealth ID

✔ Postal ID

✔ SSS ID/SSS UMID

✔ School ID with Registration Form

✔ Senior Citizen's ID

✔ TIN ID

✔ Voter's ID

If only one valid ID is available, you can present it together with

Certified True Copy of Birth Certificate with original Official Receipt.

 

3. PHOTO and FINGERPRINT CAPTURE

a.  Before the release of the National Police Clearance, the applicant shall be require to have his or her biometrics (taking of fingerprints), signature and photo captured.

Step 4: RELEASE OF CLEARANCE

For without “Hit” : After completion of steps 1 to 3, wait for your name to be called for the release of your clearance. 

For with “Hit”: Wait for the advise or instruction of the Verification Officer for verification process. Once settled, clearance will be released.
